
You can put inside your peinirli whatever ingredients you wish! Here we used tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and mushrooms.
Squeeze the mozzarella cheese quite well if you are gonna use a whole one, cause the mushrooms must be added fresh and not cooked, so they might release a bit of water and we don’t want that the filling gets too watery.

sobrasada with mascarpone – combine it with sourdough bread
You only need to combine mascarpone with a bit of sobrasada. Something like 100g mascarpone with 2 teaspoons sobrasada. very good for a quick dip!
