
Ingredients
- 65g frozen Blueberries
- 220g All-Purpose Flour
- 95g Yogurt – use thick or greek yogurt
- 85g Sugar
- 55g vegetable Oil
- 2/3 Tsp Baking Powder
- ½ Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 4g Vanilla sugar
- 20ml oat milk
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius
- mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients together
- make a hole and add the wet ingredients
- add the berries and mix carefully
- We divided them in 9 muffin forms
- bake till they are golden on top. It varies the timing in each oven. But you will need probably 20-30 minutes.
We decorated them with crème fraiche and dried fliers of malva (flower that you will see all around Naxos)-but we bought those dried to be sure that are edible).
