- Asparagus
- carrot
- eggs
- Roma salad or greens from your farden
- spices

- Clean and cut your asparagus and carrots
- Cook in boiling water the asparagus and the carrots
- After removing the asparagus and carrots from the boiling water, boil there your eggs
- Add in a bowl the sliced Roma salad and all the rest of the ingredients
- Wait a bit for the boiled ingredients to cool down. Eat warm though the salad!
