quick warm salad with asparagus

Ingredients

  • Asparagus
  • carrot
  • eggs
  • Roma salad or greens from your farden
  • spices

steps

  • Clean and cut your asparagus and carrots
  • Cook in boiling water the asparagus and the carrots
  • After removing the asparagus and carrots from the boiling water, boil there your eggs
  • Add in a bowl the sliced Roma salad and all the rest of the ingredients
  • Wait a bit for the boiled ingredients to cool down. Eat warm though the salad!
