mulberry, black eyed beans and myzythra cheese salad – the highlight of May

End of May is the time of the mulberries! Juicy sweet and with different shapes, they give color to whatever you will cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mulberries
  • 1 cup mizithra (greek fresh cheese)
  • 1,5 cups of cooked beans
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Steps

Just mix the ingredients and enjoy in room temperature or even a bit cold!
