Sourdough discard in the pan

Do not throw your discard!

Ingredients

  • 85gr sourdough discard (Do not discard your sourdough! There are so many quick recipes to use it!)
  • olive oil
  • 80ml milk (this depends also on your sourdough – you need to find the ratio that you prefer)

Steps

  • Add olive oil in a frying pan and keep the heat in medium
  • Add your sourdough in a bowl and add the milk. You want a dough that is a bit thicker than crepe dough
  • Add the dough in the pan
  • After 1 minute turn it on the other side and cook it

Serve them with savor or sweet toppings! It is very quick and you can do it for breakfast, desert or even a snack!
