Quick sourdough grissini

Ingredients for 10 grissini

  • 100gr sourdough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 35gr flour
  • 3gr salt
  • optional: sesame, sunflower seeds


  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Let the dough rest for a couple of hours in room temperature or put it in the oven in 30-40 degrees Celsius for at least half an hour
  • Shape the grissini. I made them a bit thicker cause I wanted to use also the sesame and sunflower seeds
  • You can use sesame or sunflower seeds or semolina like in these grissini here : Rye sourdough grissini
  • Bake them for 25 minutes in preheated oven in 200 degrees Celsious and then 5 minutes in grill
