Fried beef heart

Serve this delicious dish with a colorful salad of feta cheese and red beet!


  • flour (start with a dish half full and keep on adding when it finishes)
  • egg (start with 1 beaten egg and add the second one when you do not have more)
  • breadcrumps
  • salt
  • pepper
  • beef heart cutted in small pieces (approximatelly 1 or 2 bites each piece)
  • Sunflower oil to fry

How to

  • You need 4 dishes: 1 with the beef heart pieces where you add salt and pepper, then the one withe flour, afterwards the one with the beaten egg and in the end the one with the breadrumps
  • Take each piece of meat and follow the order of the dishes! First cover it well withe the flour, then dip it in the egg and lastly cover it withe breadcrumps
  • Add it in the pan with the sunflower oil where the oil is already very hot. If the oil is not hot enough you will have no bubbles and it will not be very crunchy.

Colorful salad with red beet

I really like the color of the red beet. I got some red beets from the garden of a friend and the next day we made a beautiful salad! The rocket salad and the tomatoes were also from my friend and the parsley from our balcony! Ingredients 2 red beets 2 hard boiled eggs 6-7…
