Colorful salad with red beet

I really like the color of the red beet. I got some red beets from the garden of a friend and the next day we made a beautiful salad! The rocket salad and the tomatoes were also from my friend and the parsley from our balcony!

Ingredients

• 2 red beets
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• 6-7 tomatoes ( I used tomatoes that are like twice the size as a cherry tomato)
• canned corn
• canned tuna
• parsley
• rocket salad
• 50 gr of cheese ( I used graviera with peppers)
• olive oil

Steps

• Boil the eggs at least 12 minutes. Peel them, cut them in cubes and add them in a salad bowl
• Cut the red beets directly on the dishes in cubes
• Cut the tomatoes, the parsley, the cheese the rocket salad in the bowl
• Add the tuna and the corn in the bowl and mix
• Serve the salad from the bowl on top of the tuna
• You can add good quality olive oil on top
