Filled pasta with tuna

It is a bit laborious this dish but that doesn´t make it difficult. You only need to have patience to fill the pasta! Other than than is really easy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 80ml wine (optional)
  • water
  • olive oil
  • 100gr tuna
  • 70 gr corn
  • 60ml creme fraiche
  • parsley to serve

Steps

  • Prepare the pasta first. Follow the instructions of cooking. Mine should be cooked 14 minutes. In 12 minutes I stopped the fire and I let them 2 minutes more in the water.
  • When the 14 minutes are reaches put the in a dish, so that they are not on each other, but they have enough space. We do not want that they stick together
  • Cut the onion in small cubes and add it in a pan with already warmed olive oil
  • Maintain it in medium fire and let it cook thoroughly adding little by little water or/and wine
  • When the onion is fully cooked add the tuna and let it for a couple of minutes till there is almost no liquid
  • Add the cream and after a couple of minutes stop the fire and add the corn.
  • Try your sauce if you want to add salt and pepper. I liked the sauce that was a bit sweet and I just let it like it was!
  • Let the sauce cool down and then fill your pasta
  • You can serve with finely chopped parsley
