Quick apple pie

You need to bake this pie in 2 steps but it is still very easy!

Ingredients for the base

  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (or margarine)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of water

Ingredients for the apple layer

  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 big apple

Ingredients for the crumble

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of oat flour

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsious
  • For the base mix the flour with the salt and then add the butter till you have crumbs.
  • Start adding the water little by little till you have a dough that you could spread in a baking pan
  • Grease a baking pan (mine was 11x19cm) and spread the mix
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on the oven
  • Slice the apple quite thin and add the sugar and the cinnamon
  • Add the apples on top of the baked base
  • Crumble: ass the sugar and the flours. I made this mix inside the bowl where I had the apples and I had a bit of juice with sugar and cinnamon. So add flour (oat or wheat) until you have crumbles in case you use that juice.
  • Add on top of the apples the crumbles
  • Bake it approximately 20 minutes until is golden on top
