Sweet pear and cream cheese filling

Ingredients

  • 4 small pear (fruit to be used was approximately 200gr)
  • 40gr sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 70gr cream cheese
  • chocolate pieces – optional
  • Tart dough like this here: Sourdough tart dough or store bought

Steps

  • Add the pears in small cubes and the sugar in a pot and boil it for approximately 10 minutes
  • Remove from the fire, add the corn flour and stir well
  • Add the cream cheese
  • Add it on your tart and bake accordingly
