
Ingredients
- 4 small pear (fruit to be used was approximately 200gr)
- 40gr sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour
- 70gr cream cheese
- chocolate pieces – optional
- Tart dough like this here: Sourdough tart dough or store bought
Steps
- Add the pears in small cubes and the sugar in a pot and boil it for approximately 10 minutes
- Remove from the fire, add the corn flour and stir well
- Add the cream cheese
- Add it on your tart and bake accordingly
