Heart shaped egg on the pan

This is not only for the ones having a girlfriend or a boyfriend! Make also for your self!

Ingredients

• Slice of bread ( I used this Sourdough bread)
• 1 egg
• olive oil for the pan
• salt, pepper and whatever else you would like on your bread (thyme or oregano)

Steps

• Put a bit of olive oil in your pan
• Cut a heart shape on your slice of bread
• Fry a bit one side of your bread in medium fire
• Turn the bread and add the egg
• When the egg is how you want it done, place it on your dish and you can serve it with the bread you removed and has a heart shape and with cheese in heart shape
