The tartness of the kiwi in the risotto matched perfectly with the saltiness of the dried tuna heart.
Alfredo served the dish with pieces of burrata, fried bread with seeds that added a lovely crunch and pickled onions.
There was also in the risotto a bit of tuna heart but grinded.
An absolutely lovely dish.
