leek pie filling

Ingredients

  • all the green part of a leek
  • 2cm of the white part of a leek
  • 1 medium onion in small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 spoons of cream cheese or soup (pea creamy soup for example – the soup must be creamy/veloute)
  • 2 eggs
  • the dough of your choise, that could be store bought, Tart dough like this here: Sourdough tart dough or olive oil pie crust

Steps

  • cook the onion and the leek in olive oil and low heat till they are transparent
  • add the soup or cream cheese and mix
  • add the flour and remove from the heart
  • give it a bit of time till the mix is not warm any more and then add the eggs (you do not want them to be cooked)
  • Add the dough of your preference in an oven tray with a baking paper
  • Add the filling and bake accordingly
