Ingredients
- all the green part of a leek
- 2cm of the white part of a leek
- 1 medium onion in small cubes
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 4 spoons of cream cheese or soup (pea creamy soup for example – the soup must be creamy/veloute)
- 2 eggs
- the dough of your choise, that could be store bought, Tart dough like this here: Sourdough tart dough or olive oil pie crust
Steps
- cook the onion and the leek in olive oil and low heat till they are transparent
- add the soup or cream cheese and mix
- add the flour and remove from the heart
- give it a bit of time till the mix is not warm any more and then add the eggs (you do not want them to be cooked)
- Add the dough of your preference in an oven tray with a baking paper
- Add the filling and bake accordingly
