Quick and delicious!

Ingredients
- sourdough discard (Do not discard your sourdough! There are so many quick recipes to use it!)
- butter
- salt
- fresh herbs (like basil, oregano or peppermint)
Steps
- Add some butter in a frying pan and keep the heat in medium
- Add your sourdough in the pan directly from the jar you keep it
- Add salt and the herbs
- After 1 minute turn it on the other side and cook it
Serve them with savor or sweet toppings!
