Rhubarb crumble – GF


  • 250-300gr rhubarb
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 30gr vegetable butter
  • 80gr oat flakes
  • 50gr shredded hazelnut
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup


  • Butter a baking pan
  • Peel the rhubarb and cut it in 2-3cm pieces
  • Spread a tablespoon of sugar on top of he rhubarb
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle them on op of the rhubarb
  • Bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees Celsius till is brown on top approximately 25 minutes
