
Ingredients
- 250-300gr rhubarb
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 30gr vegetable butter
- 80gr oat flakes
- 50gr shredded hazelnut
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Steps
- Butter a baking pan
- Peel the rhubarb and cut it in 2-3cm pieces
- Spread a tablespoon of sugar on top of he rhubarb
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle them on op of the rhubarb
- Bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees Celsius till is brown on top approximately 25 minutes
