
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 5-8 leaves of chard
- 1/2 aubergine
- ml creme fraiche
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- Cut in cubes the onion and add it in a pan with warm olive oil
- Before the onion becomes transparent, cut the aubergine in cubes as well and add it in the pan
- Cut in stripes the chard and add it in the pan
- When everything is cooked, add the creme fraiche and let it almost boil for 1 minute
- You can serve this on toast bread as aperitivo or with pasta
