Creme fraiche with chard,dried tomatoes and aubergine


  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5-8 leaves of chard
  • 1/2 aubergine
  • ml creme fraiche
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Cut in cubes the onion and add it in a pan with warm olive oil
  • Before the onion becomes transparent, cut the aubergine in cubes as well and add it in the pan
  • Cut in stripes the chard and add it in the pan
  • When everything is cooked, add the creme fraiche and let it almost boil for 1 minute
  • You can serve this on toast bread as aperitivo or with pasta
