Ingredients
- 120gr sourdough starter
- 100ml milk
- 20gr butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 175gr all purpose flour
Steps
- Warm the milk together with the butter
- Check that the milk only slightly warm is, otherwise you will kill your sourdough
- Add the milk in your sourdough starter
- Add the flour together with the salt
- Mix well and knead for a couple of minutes
- The dough is only a bit sticky. In case it is very wet or very sticky, add flour
- Let the dough rest and in the first hour fold your dough a couple of times
- The next hour fold it once more
- When the dough will be double (depends highly on the temperature of your kitchen), form your bread
- Butter the baking pan, that you want to bake it and place it directly in the form
- Let it in the fridge overnight
- The next day let the bread at least an hour to get room temperature
- Bake in preheated oven in 180 degrees until it is golden brown on top, approximately for 30 minutes
