
Ingredients for 10 grissini
- 100gr sourdough or sourdough discard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 35gr flour
- 3gr salt
- optional: sesame, sunflower seeds
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Let the dough rest for a couple of hours in room temperature or put it in the oven in 30-40 degrees Celsius for at least half an hour
- Shape the grissini. I made them a bit thicker cause I wanted to use also the sesame and sunflower seeds
- You can use sesame or sunflower seeds or semolina like in these grissini here : Rye sourdough grissini
- Bake them for 25 minutes in preheated oven in 200 degrees Celsious and then 5 minutes in grill
