
Ingredients
- 80gr flour
- 10gr corn starch
- 30gr cocoa powder with added brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 40gr sugar
- 4gr vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 very ripe banana (Smash it with a fork very well before using it – mine was 100gr after pealing it)
- 30gr milk
- 30gr vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar ( I used Vinagre de Jerez)
- 20 gr chopped chocolate (you can use a bit more or skip it)
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Mix the wet ingredients and add them in the dry ingredients
- Place the dough in a baking pan that you buttered it first (I used a silicon silicon chiffon bake form of 14cm)
- Bake in 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
- Let it in the oven for 5 minutes more after turning of the oven
