
If you have too much sourdough, you gave to everyone you know and wanted and you cannot keep so much anymore… make pancakes! They are super simple, easy and quick! Eat this for breakfast or as an aperitivo (alone or with a dip to accompany them).
Ingredients
- sourdough (depends on how many you want to do. For each pancake have in mind a tablespoon of dough) or sourdough discard
- flour and a bit of water (optional! If you have a lot of sourdough or you want to make the pancakes less sour, use also flour and a bit of water)
- fresh herbs: whatever you have: parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, spring onions …
- dried herbs: whatever you want
- a bit of oil
- salt, pepper
Steps
- Mix the sourdough with the flour and a bit of water in the case you are using flour and water
- Add the fresh and dried herbs, salt and pepper
- You can fry them (adding a nice layer of oil) or you can grill them in the pan without any oil. Above but also below you can see how different they will become depending on how you cook them.
