Turbot (en) – rodaballo (sp) rombo (it) – kalkani (gr) – Steinbutt (de) in the oven

This is one of the fish we can find in Germany and it is very tasty! We make it almost always in the oven just with salt, pepper and olive oil. If the fish is good and fresh these 3 ingredients are normally more than enough!
