You can find in Apollon in abundancy rock samphire. The people that come from islands used it a lot in their every day food but somehow it got forgotten and the last couple of years you can find it in some supermarkets quite expensive.
Well in Apollon you can try it from Stella prepared or you could even have a walk and try to find it!
They are being pickled normally in order to be eaten:
