zucchini muffins – ideas

With a bit of egg left over, a bit of flour, canned tuna and some cheese (gouda) you can make muffins. I just mixed all the ingredients and I poured them in the zucchini flowers.

To do the zucchini flowers, slice the zucchini in thin slices and place them in muffin forms in a way that they form a flower. Do not forget to put something on bottom in the beginning.

Of course you cannot see any zucchini flowers any more but they were very tasty. The tuna was very strong, so here you could also skip it!
