The puff pastry can be store bought or hand made ! This is a very easy and quick dessert!
You just mix mascarpone (you could also use cream cheese) and a bit of hazelnut cream (or even cocoa powder) and add in squares of puff pastry. Add a hazelnut in the middle and close carefully the puff pastry, so that you have a small closed “bag” with your filling well secured inside.
