ingredients

  • 230ml water, lukewarm
  • 150ml condensed milk, warm
  • 8gr granulated sugar
  • 7gr powder/instant yeast
  • 570gr all purpose flour
  • 8gr salt
  • 20gr butter, at room temperature

steps

  • Mix the condensed milk and the water and add the yeast and the sugar
  • Mix well and add the flour and the salt
  • Cover with a towel till it‘s double in size
  • you can make 8 balls.
  • First divide your dough in two pieces of approximately 500gr each.
  • then each piece again in two pieces of approximately 250 gr (so you have 4 pieces)
  • last Division in two of all 4 pieces and you reached the 8 pieces.
  • Bake in a preheated oven till they are slightly brown on top (in my over 20 minutes)
