
This recipe you can do it with whatever meat you have left over. We used goose. Here you can have an idea of a main dish for one of the holiday dishes:
Pulled goose with roasted vegetables
We used a bit of olive oil and a bit of the pork lard, that we cooked in medium fire the goose in to fry the onion. The pulled goose was added and then the pasta.
We served with a bit of grated cheese and freshly grounded pepper.
