This is a dish you could plan to do during holidays. You will need a lot of time for the preparation but it is not a heavy dish and has clear tastes and no sauces except for the juice of the vegetables.

The goose was prepared in the crockpot with pork lard, a bit of rosemary, cinnamon and tomato sauce. It was cooked for 4 hours.
The vegetables were baked for 3 hours in the oven covered with aluminium.
For this dish we used red peppers, the white part of a leek, an aubergine and a green pepper.
