Ideas – chicken with mushroom and chestnut sauce – side dish: polenta

In autumn and early winter this dish matches perfectly with the season’s ingredient.

The sauce had garlic, onion, small pieces of mushroom (the same used as well at the dish at the foto), white wine and a tiny bit of flour.
