Tagliatele with the rest of your pasta dough

Did you prepared pasta and you have some dough left over? Our favorite dish to do it tagliatele the next day. Even if it´s a tiny portion for each one of us.

You can add just olive oil and pepper! The freshly made pasta have such an intense flavor, that do not need a lot!
