the quickest 2-ingredient flatbread

ingredients

  • 130gr yoghurt (tried also with Soja lactose free yoghurt and worked pretty well)
  • 170gr flour with baking powder already incorporated
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)

steps

  • Mix the ingredients till you have a non sticky dough
  • when you will start dividing it in order to make each individual flatbread, it will be sticky again but you can use flour to roll out the flatbreads
  • preheat your frying pan on a high temperature (we do it at 5 out of 6) and do not use oil. We just make them on the heated pan
  • each side needs less than a minute. You will see the flatbread being inflated like a balloon. That’s the moment you turn it
