Filled croissant – use your dried croissants

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 croissants
  • 2-3 slides of jamon
  • 2-3 slices of cheese (we used Mahon – Menorcan cheese)

Steps

  • Add the butter in a frying pan in medium fire
  • cut each croissant in half
  • add the cheese and the Jamon and close each croissant
  • place them in the pan with the butter and switch them sides a couple of times
  • enjoy them warm
