
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 croissants
- 2-3 slides of jamon
- 2-3 slices of cheese (we used Mahon – Menorcan cheese)
Steps
- Add the butter in a frying pan in medium fire
- cut each croissant in half
- add the cheese and the Jamon and close each croissant
- place them in the pan with the butter and switch them sides a couple of times
- enjoy them warm
