Cheesecake with ricotta, chocolate and raisins

Ingredients

  • 100gr cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 350gr ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 30gr chocolate in small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • dough for a pie or biscuits with butter could be used as well
  • marmalade – optional – to put on top of the cake

steps

  • Preheat your oven in 220 degrees Celsius
  • Mix the cream cheese and the sugar with a spatula
  • add the ricotta and mix well
  • add the egg and mix well
  • add the chocolate and the raisins and mix
  • add paper oven and the dough in a baking pan
  • make some holes at the dough with a fork (if you use biscuits and butter you do not need this step)
  • add the cream cheese mix in your dough
  • bake for 5 minutes in 220 and then lower it to 180 till your dough is golden (approximately half an hour – depends on the oven)
  • when it is cold, you can add Marmelade to add some Color!
