Overnight bread in pan

You do not know what to do with your sourdough starter and in a couple of hours you go to sleep??? Prepare this bread and net day, you will have in 30 minutes a quick warm bread, that you can also fill!

Some ham inside this overnight bread!

Ingredients

  • 70gr sourdough discard
  • 25ml water
  • 30gr leftover sauce (I had pesto that I badly wanted to use! Here the recipe: ) or use 15ml olive oil
  • 20gr whole wheat
  • 55gr bread flour (use as much as you need, so that you can knead without it being sticky)

Steps

  • Mix the sourdough with the water well
  • Add the sauce or oil
  • Add the flours
  • Knead it for 3-4 minutes
  • Let it sit for an hour
  • Divide it in 4 pieces and place it directly in the pan you plan to prepare it tomorrow
  • In the morning they should be double and when you are awake, you can directly turn on the fire
  • They need 20 minutes in low fire (I had it in 2 out of 6 (max in my kitchen) and then you turn them side and cook them 7-10 minutes
