Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 aubergine
- 3-4 mushrooms (optional)
- 350gr tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- feta cheese to serve (optional)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and garlic
- When the onion is transparent, I remove the garlic
- Add the mushrooms and the aubergine and let it cook properly
- Add the tomato sauce and reduce the heat
- Let it boil gently and turn off the heat after 10-15 minutes of boiling, depending on how thick you would like to have your sauce
