Sourdough crepes sandwich with whatever leftovers

A recipe to use left overs from your fridge!

Ingredients

  • Crepes (bought, or follow your recipe or try ours below!)
  • Grated cheese or feta or fresh cheese
  • Whatever ham
  • Salad or green (in the foto I used purple kale, collard greens and dino kale)
  • mushrooms
  • cream cheese or some dip that matches
  • cooked meat like chicken

Steps

  • Prepare the 1 crepe and while the second one is being cooked, add on top of the first crepe whatever ingredients you have in the fridge, from salamis and different cheeses to tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and so on
  • Add on top your second crepe and serve in pieces like a cake!
