Soufflé with your favorite liquor

Ingredients

  • 120gr chocolate
  • 20gr butter (margarine is also fine)
  • 2 big eggs
  • 30gr sugar
  • 60gr chocolate creme
  • 60ml of your favorite liqueur
  • 25gr flour (corn flour for GR of wheat flour)
  • pinch of salt

Steps

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Butter 4 creme brulee or soufle forms
  • Bake in preheated oven in 250 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes
  • Eat them warm! You can have them prepared and turn on the oven when you start with the main dish
