
Ingredients
- 120gr chocolate
- 20gr butter (margarine is also fine)
- 2 big eggs
- 30gr sugar
- 60gr chocolate creme
- 60ml of your favorite liqueur
- 25gr flour (corn flour for GR of wheat flour)
- pinch of salt
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Butter 4 creme brulee or soufle forms
- Bake in preheated oven in 250 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes
- Eat them warm! You can have them prepared and turn on the oven when you start with the main dish
