
Ingredients
- 180gr all-purpose flour
- 160gr sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 85gr orange pulp
- Zest of 1/2 an orange
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 3 tablespoon canola oil
- 100ml water
- 30gr sweet of spoon quince or orange or 1 handful raisins (optional)
- powdered sugar and cinammon to serve
Steps
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add the oil, the orange pulp, the vinegar and mix
- Add the water and mix
- In the end add the quince or orange or the raisins if you are using
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Remove from the oven, place the cake upside down and bake it in 200 degrees, so that it gets crispy on top. This should be around 5 minutes
- Serve it with a bit of powdered sugar and cinammon
