
Ingredients
- 5-8gr dried sourdough
- 90gr water
- 85gr flour
Steps
- Add the sourdough in a bowl and add 10gr of water
- Let it for a couple of hours to absorb the water and cover it with a towel
- Mix it well and add 10gr of water and 20gr of flour
- Let it rest for at least 6 hours
- After these 6 hours you should already start seeing bubbles
- Add 35gr of flour and 35gr of water and cover it with a towel
- Let it rest for at least 6 hours
- Remove 1 tablespoon dough
- Add 30gr of flour and 35gr of water
- Let it rest overnight
- Next day you can do the test of the glass of water to check if the sourdough is ready to be used for baking!
- To keep alive your starter you will need to be feeding it every day if it is out of the fridge with flour and water!
