Nesting material for canaries

Here you can see our canaries Mira and Seb going around with nesting. Usually Mira goes around holding it for quite a bit, while Seb tries to eat it and very quickly looses interest.

The nesting material we give them are:

• coconut fibers (the favorite of Seb to chew)
• small pieces of cotton cloth
• thick threads and
• goat hair
