If you are arriving to Naxos from another island (like Paros, Mykonos, Santorini and goes on…), the site that we would propose to use in order to check the timings of the boats is Ferryhopper:

Then you are at the beautiful port of Naxos and you need from the coast road approximately 1 hour.
You can rent a car, get a taxi or a bus.

You can take the green path, where you will have very beautiful view and you will see on your right the beach Aformoi. You will have a slope to go up but look the view in our video:
Or you can go through the orange path, where you first cross and see the main street of the village. The orange path starts with stairs that lead you to “Kalimera” Cafe and then you continue how the path goes.

Going through the green path, this is the view you will have! You will see the Aformoi beach shortly before arriving.
Going through the orange path, if you look back, you will see the main beach of Apollon.
