
Ingredients
- 27gr basil leaves (I used also a small part of very thin
- 10gr pine nuts
- 50gr kefalograviera – grated (this is the Greek touch but you can use pecorino and parmigiano)
- 1/3 of a garlic
- 50ml olive oil
- pinch of salt – you can adjust it according to your taste
- 2 teaspoons cashews (optional – I use them on top of the dish before serving)
- 6 cherry tomatoes in halves (optional – I use them on top of the dish before serving)
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients together in the mixer
- Serve it directly with pasta preferably but it is also delicious on bread!
