GF and DF banana coconut filling for tart

Ingredients (rounded tart of 20cm)

For the tart below the ingredients and the recipe is here: GF and DF no baking tart or you can use whatever other tart you wish

  • 35gr dates
  • 50gr rice crackers
  • 85gr grounded walnut
  • 30gr vegetable butter

Banana Coconut filling

  • 90gr banana (very ripe – if it is not maybe you can add a bit more sugar)
  • 100ml DF creme fraiche (but you can use the normal one as well)
  • 15gr sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • 4gr corn flour
  • 55gr shredded coconut
  • a bit more shredded coconut to decorate
  • cocoa to decorate


  • Beat the creme fraiche till it is not runny anymore
  • Smash the banana and add it in the creme fraiche
  • Add the rest of the ingredients of the filing in the mix
  • Place the filling in the tart of your choice
  • Bake in a preheated oven in 170 degrees celsius for 30 minutes
  • Serve with a bit of cocoa and shredded coconut
