
Ingredients (rounded tart of 20cm)
For the tart below the ingredients and the recipe is here: GF and DF no baking tart or you can use whatever other tart you wish
- 35gr dates
- 50gr rice crackers
- 85gr grounded walnut
- 30gr vegetable butter
Banana Coconut filling
- 90gr banana (very ripe – if it is not maybe you can add a bit more sugar)
- 100ml DF creme fraiche (but you can use the normal one as well)
- 15gr sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 4gr corn flour
- 55gr shredded coconut
- a bit more shredded coconut to decorate
- cocoa to decorate
Steps
- Beat the creme fraiche till it is not runny anymore
- Smash the banana and add it in the creme fraiche
- Add the rest of the ingredients of the filing in the mix
- Place the filling in the tart of your choice
- Bake in a preheated oven in 170 degrees celsius for 30 minutes
- Serve with a bit of cocoa and shredded coconut
