I cut the parsley is small pieces and I smash it. I put it on a napkin and afterwards I covered the egg for a day. I used a hard boiled egg and twice the napkin was not that wet anymore, so I added drops of water.
You need to use quite a bit of parsley. I didn´t have more in order to test the color but I think with more parsley, you will have more color.
