Savory filling: ham, pear and blue cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 60gr ham (you could use also bacon)
  • 75gr gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • 2 pears in cubes (around 110gr already cutted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 25ml cream freche
  • thype

Steps

  • Cut the onion in cubes
  • Cook the onion in medium fire till transparent
  • Add the ham and cook together for a couple of minutes
  • Add the pear and cook for a couple of minutes more till you have no juices in the pan
  • Remove the pan from the fire and put the filling in a bowl, so that it cools quicker (or wait more and let it in the pan)
  • Beat the two eggs and add the creme fraiche and salt
  • Add the blue cheese in the filling when it is not that warm
  • Add also the eggs with the creme fraiche
  • Add a bit of thyme in the filling
  • Make holes in the tart dough and add your filling
  • It needs approximately 40 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius (depends on your oven). Cook till it is golden brown
