Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 60gr ham (you could use also bacon)
- 75gr gorgonzola or blue cheese
- 2 pears in cubes (around 110gr already cutted)
- 2 eggs
- 25ml cream freche

Steps
- Cut the onion in cubes
- Cook the onion in medium fire till transparent
- Add the ham and cook together for a couple of minutes
- Add the pear and cook for a couple of minutes more till you have no juices in the pan
- Remove the pan from the fire and put the filling in a bowl, so that it cools quicker (or wait more and let it in the pan)
- Beat the two eggs and add the creme fraiche and salt
- Add the blue cheese in the filling when it is not that warm
- Add also the eggs with the creme fraiche
- Add a bit of thyme in the filling
- Make holes in the tart dough and add your filling
- It needs approximately 40 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius (depends on your oven). Cook till it is golden brown
