Heart shaped – quick lemon cake


  • 140gr flour
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 100ml milk
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 15gr shredded coconut
  • zest of half a lemon
  • extra coconut for serving


  • Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, coconut
  • Make a small hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients: milk, oil and lemon
  • Bake for around 30 minutes till it get a bit golden. Only a bit so it doesn´t get too dry
