
Ingredients
- 140gr flour
- 75 gr sugar
- 100ml milk
- 25ml lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 15gr shredded coconut
- zest of half a lemon
- extra coconut for serving
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, coconut
- Make a small hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients: milk, oil and lemon
- Bake for around 30 minutes till it get a bit golden. Only a bit so it doesn´t get too dry
