Quick cocoa cake with yogurt

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 200gr yogurt
• 90ml vegetable oil
• zest of half an orange
• 100gr sugar
• 4gr vanilla sugar
• 4gr baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 3 full tablespoons cocoa (30gr)

Steps

• Beat the eggs in a bowl
• Add the yogurt and mix well
• Add the oil and mix well
• Add the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the orange zest
• In the end add the flour, the baking powder and the salt
• Divide the dough in 2 bowls
• In one of the bowls add the cocoa and mix
• Butter and flower your baking pan
• Add first the white dough but keep a small part to decorate the cake
• Add the cocoa dough
• On top of the cocoa dough you can write something or draw something with the rest of the white dough
• Bake for 30 minutes
